Siti Cable — payment recd. but channel not provided by cable operator

I have paid the amount to my cable operator, but he is asking me rs. 300 more which is very unlaw full for the channel, i am ready to select my favourate / selected channels bu he is not listening to me. He is harrising me and not listing my complain. Till date (For the last 15 days) he is not providing me a single channel, please help me.
