Sir maine dtd. 03.03.19 ko March-2019 ke liye Siti app ke through channel select karke free channels and 20 paid channels ki online payment ki thi Lekin Abhi tak mere channel activate nahi kiye hai, Maine paid channels jo select kiye hai uski copy or online payment receipt bhl attach kr di hai.Please take action immediately.

i did online payment at 19 fec'2019 & selected alacart channel. i did many complain but siti customer make a fool of customer. i dont know how company run with stupid customer care service. customer care have one answer, plz wait next 24 hours. haha ha ha. today is 9 march. i continue complain from 19 feb. my LCO (HARESH CABLE, SGM NAGAR FARIDABAD) told, please submit again payment. it have no record of my online payment.

i also mail siti cable nodel officer, many mails to [protected]@siti.esselgroup.com but all make me fool & say NEXT 24 HOURS.
