Siti Cable — selected channel not coming after payment paid

Maine dtd. 03.03.19 ko march 2019 ke liye (Siti cable) siti app ke through channel select karke online payment ki thi lekin abhi tak mere channel activate nahi hue hai, maine jo channel select kiye hai uski copy or online payment receipt attach kr di hai. Please resolve my problem.

have done an online payment of Rs. 330.40 on 18th Feb. From last three days am getting the error Service not authorized for the free channels that I have chosen in the pack such as Aastha. Please do something.
