महोदय आज जब संपूर्ण देश कॅरोना जैसी वैश्विक महामारी से जूझ रहा है और कितने ही लोगों की नौकरियां जा रही हैं उस समय आपके कंपनी के कर्मचारी नया कनेक्सन देने में आना-कानी कर रहे हैं और सिटी केबल जैसी सम्मानित कंपनी का नाम मिट्टी में मिलाने में कोई कोर कसर नहीं छोड़ रहे हैं। मैं एक माह से अधिक समय से लगातार आपके कर्मचारी श्री रीतेश जायसवाल-मोबाइल न[protected] के संपर्क में हूँ और लगातार मैं नए कनेक्सन के लिए आग्रह कर रहा हूँ किन्तु आज तक मेरा कनेक्सन नहीं लग पाया है, जब आप लोगों का कनेक्सन देने के पूर्व अपने संभावित ग्राहक के साथ ऐसा व्यवहार है तो कनेक्सन देने के बाद आप लोग किस प्रकार अपने ग्राहकों को सर्विसिंग देते होंगे ईश्वर ही मालिक है।
आप से अनुरोध है कि जल्द से जल्द नया कनेक्सन दिलवाने की व्यवस्था करें और इस तरह की खराब सर्विसिंग पर अंकुश लगाएं।
