Siti Cable — siti cable provider are thief.

I am unable to login on siti network from past 4 weeks as its giving error message and asking to please contact your local cable operator."
There app is not working neither there website is working. The lco is not picking up phone and siti customer care is not helping as well. What am i supposed to do? Paying 300+ instead of 200 inr as earlier and still getting this pathetic serviceservice, thanks to trai india.
I need to check and edit package as well as need to make payments also.
So please do something for that... Or else just revert back to earlier way. Let us live, and do not try to do anything good for us (For yourself in fact)
