Siti Cable — STB is disconnected before Renewal Date

I have recharged my stb on dated 22.04.2020 through online as per instruction of siti networks and it's was activate and my next renewal date was 21.05.2020. Everything was going well before today (17.05.2020).
But today it was deactivated, i have contacted customer care of siti network several times but they have ask to contact cable operator, they also informed that cable connection was deactivated by cable operator.
How cable operator can deactivated my stb befor renewal date,

Or is everything depends on cable operator why online recharge started
