Siti Cable — to subscribe new govt package 135 gst

Dear Sir,
I, Bisweswar Kar, SITI DIGITAL SET TOP Box user at Barrackpore (Kolkata-700121) would like to bring the following facts to your notice,
a) M/s BCCN-Barrackpore Central Cable Network have issued SET TOP BOX (SITI DIGITAL SET TOP BOX) card no [protected].
b) I want to subscribe the new package(135+gst) as per TRAI. After my repeated request no action has been registered till date towards the same.
c) Now considering the above fact, I request you to kindly look into the same & help as I am suffering financial loss due to no fault of me.
d) Please explain why not started the same as per TRAI guidelines.
