Dear Sir,

My name is Miss Priya Phadte and I am a resident from Goa.

With a great agony, I would like to put my concern into your kind consideration which I have experienced recently because of someone in Chennai from Kumbakonam.

The person, Mr Vijay Anand, lives in Chennai.
he was my online trainer in my business and I got to know him through my friend Giridharan Padmanabhan who lives in Chennai.

As there were Chennai floods and he broke his leg he asked me to send him Rs 25000 feeling pity I gave him a cheque from my company VP HR Services on 24th Feb 2016 also my mother Beda Phadte gave him a cheque of Rs 25000 from Bank of India

I have been asking for my money since last year as I lost my mother but he was just giving false promise every time that he will return back my money.
Till date he has not refunded a single rupee of mine.

My friend told me he will not repay my money as he keeps asking people for money with reasons like kids fees, business development etc.
He is not replying to my messages nor mails right now so thought of filing a police case on him as I am an orphan girl right now and I need my money very badly as I don't have a job and my business is not doing well too.

I had a bad, really bad experience and I know it will take time to me to overcome this but I don't want more innocent and ambitious peoples to have this kind of things in their life and just because of this kind of bad people.

Sir, if my concern made you feel that I really had something bad at the early start of my career, I hope you will definitely take it as serious issue and will do something against this..
