[Resolved]  Skill Lync — Close the course & stop the emi

I have some problems regarding Skill-Lync course (post graduate program in cad), problems are here under.

1) Proper support not found, in terms of doubts clearing slot booking, maximum time of booking no proper slot found when required.
2) Software also not given after joining for 2 months
3) Rm(relationship manager) contact no. given in dashboard, is not responding.
4) Doubt clearing seasons by industry experts, not by proper teachers.
5) No cancellation policy not disclosed before joining the course.
6) From 23/03/2023 to till date no-one is interested in solving my problem.

That's why I am not want to continue the course, I have some family problem also, but apart from family problem, I not want to continue that course due to above mentioned points, so I am requesting you please give me some resolution, otherwise it may affect my credit history(till now my credit history is fine).

Myself Amit Ghosh, dated 17/02/2023 I pre-book the course with Rs.5000 and paid 1 st emi Rs.5000 on date 18/03/2023, after thaI have some problems regarding Skill-Lync course (post graduate program in cad), problems are here under.

1) I had some family problems last week of march, now it's solved(Personal problem).

I informed skill-lync & credit fair about all the problems through mail, but several times mailed no proper response was found, then I stopped my emi & do not want to continue the course, but mechanical dept. Ad, Mr. Ketan Bali sir is forcing me to do the course, he said that the course has no cancellation & no refund policy. But before pre-booking no cancellation & no refund policy was not disclosed by sales personnel. If it's disclosed before pre-booking I can't purchase the course at all & it's also clearly mentioned in credit fair loan agreement that is hereunder
30) Merchant refunds & loan cancellation - In case of a return of a purchase to merchant, a cancellation charge of 1.4% per month on
outstanding principal would be payable.(pfa for your ready reference), my ticket is still live 1120663, from last few months, credit fair also mailed skill-lync regarding my concern. I think it's a clear trap for those who are from middle class family, because we have not much money, so I was purchase the course through emi & skill-lync sales person also convinced me to take loan from his partner lender credit fair, I also approached skill-lync grievance officer Mr. Mohamed Hasheem Sir, but Mr. Ketan Bali sir influenced him against me to not cancel the course after that he(Mr. Mohamed Hasheem Sir) mailed me to contact with Mr. Ketan Bali sir(his name is not in skill-lync as a grievance officer), I also told several time to him sir please told Mr. Mohamed Hasheem Sir handled this matter neutrally as grievance officer, but he told me I am the last person to decide & through divya madam "offering me a gesture of compensation, a waiver of 12, 000", waiver 12000 means 12000 rs, I did not require that & not want to continue the course.

I am requesting to skill-Lync higher management to please close the course & refund the money to credit fair on immediate basis, because my emi & fine is increasing day by day. Awaiting for your quick action.
