I gone through the website for course
On skill lync they called me and shared me course.
They said u will get placed with a great salary.
They confirmed me electric vehicle course.
They confirmed about some education loan.
I got a company call name eduvanz loan company.
They verify my document and iniated loan.
Later on about the course i m having financial issues with health condition and no jobs staying on rent
We called to cust care skill lync they close my ticket they says we talk to our seniors but no response.
Their loan company eduvanz also not helping they are only asking for money.
Need resolution plse.

ஐயா நான் கடந்த நவம்பர் மாதம் skill Lync institute ல் 5000 முன் பணம் கொடுத்து சேர்ந்தேன்.என்னை emi ல் 0 % வட்டி என்று கூறி apply செய்ய சென்னார்கள் ஆதார் பான் கார்டு எல்லாம் கேட்டார்கள் முழுமையாக ஆன்லைனில் இந்த வேலை நடந்தது.எனக்கு ஒரு வலைத்தளம் உருவாக்கி தந்தார்கள்.அதில் நுழைந்து பார்த்தவுடன் தான் தெரிந்தது முழுமையாக ஆங்கிலம் மட்டும் தான் நான் எனக்கு தமிழ் support section வேண்டும் என்று கேட்டேன் அதை சரிசெய்யவே 10 நாட்களுக்கு மேலே ஆகிவிட்டது பாடத்தில் ஏதோ சந்தோகம் ஏற்பட்டால் அவர்களிடம் தெளிவுபெறவே இரண்டு மூன்று நாட்கள் ஆகிவிடுகிறது.இதில் நான் 6 நாட்கள் மட்டுமே பங்கெடுத்தேன்.பின்பு இந்த பாடத்திட்டத்தில் எனக்கு உடன்பாடு இல்லாமல் போய் விட்டது.மேலும் நான் வேலை செய்து கொண்டே படிப்பதற்கு எனக்கு போதிய நேரமும் கிடைக்கவில்லை.படிப்பை தொடர போதிய பணமும் என்னிடம் இல்லை.அதிக மனஉளைச்சல் சிற்பத்தை அடைந்த பிறகு நான் skill Lync institute க்கு
என் பிரச்சினைகளை தெரிவித்தேன்.அதற்கு அவர்கள் படிப்பை ரத்து செய்ய முடியாது இஎம்ஐ கட்டி தான் ஆக வேண்டும் என்று கூறுகிறார்கள்.eduvanz ல் இருந்து மிரட்டல் விடுக்கிறார்.நான் மீண்டும் மிகுந்த மனஉளைச்சலுக்கு தள்ளப்பட்டேன்.இதற்கு நீங்கள் தான் ஒரு தீர்வு கூற வேண்டும்.

I have enrolled in a PG certification Program in Full Stack Web
Development. Initially I was being told like some small amount is only
required to be paid for some months for this course where I will get
30000 rupees through internship, some cashback at the end of course.
So he mentioned that I only need to pay remaining small amount and it
wasn't clear. I wasn't aware that it will be in the form of a loan and
the course fee is 2, 00, 000 rupees. As the process was going on one
after another, then I got to know that the course fee is 2, 00, 000
rupees and a loan is being processed for this where I didn't sign
anywhere for this loan.
Formally a signature must be made by me if a loan is being processed
which will affect my banking credit system. But I didn't sign
anywhere. By the time I was discussing with my parents regarding the
whole process which I got aware about it recently, all the process has
been completed. I have been in touch with several members of your team
for the past 3 days. But, I am not getting a proper response as each
and everyone are mentioning differently and they will get back to us.
But, none of them are coming back after having a brief discussion. To
conclude this, I was not aware about this course fee initially and I
don't want this loan method where I didn't sign anywhere either
digitally or physically. So please cancel this course, loan` and take
appropriate action to solve this issue as soon as possible.

I joined skill lync course and due to my financial conditions and i got admission to another course therefore i requested skillync to cancel my course but they are not allowing it

My name is Joel Lukose. I am registering a complaint against Skill Lync, an Ed-Tech company based in Chennai. I had enrolled for a PG Program in Hybrid Electric Vehicle Design and Analysis on April 2022 via Skill Lync. The course seemed to be very professional and they even claimed placement/ paid Internship support throughout for which I fell for and agreed to pay a huge sum of 2.50 Lakhs as loan since they provided no other option for me to pay as Monthly/Termly in hand fee and the team even told me as if It’s just like paying monthly fee (This is clearly a misinformation for making students lure into the loan facility)
A guy named Anand Abraham[protected] contacted me after I once visited Skill-Lync’s site. He offered me the course which they have advertised for Rs 3, 50, 000 for an offered price of Rs 2, 50, 000 including an optional Laptop Computer which is required for the software compliances and they assured me a paid internship after 3 months as well as career assistance assuring me a job of my interest. They also assured me any help from dedicated industry experienced experts. I was convinced that I would just have to pay only Rs 11364/- for first three months only, thereafter I would get a paid internship with stipend Rs 10000/- per month and within this first 6 months I would get placed. I was told there was only limited intake of students as per the industry vacancy reporting and their course would include industry bootcamps from companies. Skill-Lync would provide already trained employees to companies so companies wouldn’t have to spend on training students as per company requirements. Once they convinced me into think that skill-lync has direct tie ups with job providers like Cyient, Ola electric, Tech Mahindra and 200+ other companies and they insisted me to take up the course immediately or else I would be losing my chance for the upcoming urgent recruitments of these companies.So, they forced me to block the seat immediately to get enrolled and made me initially pay Rs 11, 364. Only after this payment they told me that they have their finance partner institute called Eduvanz Financing private limited who will pay Skill-Lync the fee amount Rs 2, 50, 000 on my behalf and from then on, I’ll have to repay this Eduvanz company as No cost EMI for next 21 months. Since I have already paid an amount and didn’t give any further time to rethink, I was indirectly forced to comply with them for the further proceedings and I provided them necessary documents such as my PAN Card photo, Driving Licence Photo, My passbook’s front page and my passport size Photo. They never even intimated any of the repayment and cancellation policy which I now understand as the company’s unethical way of trapping students who wish to discontinue at any point during the course but has to pay the full amount either way. This is a violation of basic human rights which is denying my right to discontinue the course. And after 2 weeks the loan got disbursed and only then I got the course access. As soon as I got the access and checked the course I was really disappointed because of the old pre-recorded contents and no online notes or materials being provided. All of their videos were very basic and weren’t up to any Industrial standards and were just basic low standard tutorials. And everything they said about Industrial bootcamp was a blatant lie because no one with industrial expertise ever contacted me or advised me. I found the courses to be very outdated and Its never been updated for a long time, most of the time I had to learn from other free sources like YouTube and google for understanding the basics of changed/updated information. The demo class which I was given was not really a demonstration class with access to the original site instead it was just a PowerPoint presentation containing advertisement showing different perks of the company and the course. The quality of their future classes could not be judged from their Demo classes. I was told that I would be assigned a personal advisor whom I could rely on about any confusions I would incur during the course, but this was overly exaggerated because I was only assigned a mentor 4 months into the course and the person would not attend to any of my queries. I thought their certificates might be of some value and completed one course (MATLAB). But even after completing that course they didn’t issue me any certificate and didn’t resolve my request to issue the same. Every month Eduvanz team calls multiple times to pay the EMI before 7th of month and started threatening me that If I fail to pay on 7th they won’t be responsible for further money collection activities, degrade my CIBIL score and door visits in a very unprofessional way. This has affected my confidence adversely in the course and had to assign more of my dedicated time for finding jobs elsewhere to repay the loan immediately after the disbursement. I have been paying EMIs from April 21, 2022 till November 05, 2022 by doing multiple small jobs due to which I had little to no time to do the course. How does the company expect me to pay back right from the beginning of the course and study at the same time.?
Apart from this I had to stop paying EMIs since my family had to face an unexpected medical emergency. It is very surprising to know the skill Lync and Eduvanz did not have a course cancellation policy considering any of the factors which could hinder a student from completing the course. In short, they are receiving a huge sum of free money from under privileged students like me who got trapped in their over exaggerated claims and are not attending any of the classes for which I am paying for. In fact, the company is forcing us to do the course we don’t want and pay for it. I am not even pleading the company for any reimbursement of my already paid Rs 79, 548 as EMI. My request for the company is as simple as cancelling my course along with any further repayment towards the loan. I had contacted their customer support multiple times and pleaded for higher authority to arrange a contact/ meeting. Skill-Lync completely ignored my emails, calls etc and never gave a call back after I raised this issue with their system. There are numerous students like me who are facing the same serious issue and adversely affected by the company’s poor policy construction. This has caused not only our mental health to deteriorate but also our future is being destroyed day by day since we are forced to do any jobs which are not even comparable to our academic qualifications. Instead of getting a job to make my living, I am forced to do any daily wage job just to repay the loan. I hope the company collaboration of Skill-Lync and Eduvanz Finance will address this serious issue and resolve this defect in their system immediately.

I have taken Automotive design in CAD tools course with skill lync 4 months back. And now i have lost my job and i couldn't afford for further fees. i have requested for cancellation due to my situation. But they are refusing to cancel my course. i have spoken to them in calls and i have visited their office and also said my concerns and situation but still they are refusing to process my discontinuation and they are forcing me to pay my fees. And also they have enrolled my name for the particular course and they stated that skill lync is providing the Monthly EMI option, but without my concern they have processed my course payment option through and third party loan throug EDUVANZ. And they didnt informed me that they wont process for discontinuations while im joining the course. I need to discontinue my course i couldn't pay my further EMIs.

Hi guys i had registered for a course in skill lync and after that i am financially broken, when i asked them to cancel my course then they are telling me that the loan has been disbursed and the course can't be cancelled .please anyone if you are able to help me solve this issue, please help me. Cause even if they want me to pay EMI i can't pay.

I joined skill lync DADS courses.

They told me only you pay 3 months emi then skill lync will give you a paid internship. And then you will get a guaranteed job.

The Skill Lync have tie up with the Eduvanz team. Skill Lync has given my details to the Eduvanz for Loan procedures. After seeing much unprofessionalism of courses …teaching…placements….etc from this company Skill-Lync, I wanted to cancel my course but this company is not responding to me. It’s been a 3 months & I am continuously getting calls from the bank to pay the EMI. They are giving mental pressures and harshly speak to me but Skill Lync is not all responding to any of my issues. I want my money to refund. And they never said about cancelation process information before or at the time of admission. Cancelation of my eduvanz loan i have not started and i dont want to and never.
I repeatedly messaging till August to cancel the course. There is no response at all. Skill lync entire team is not responding and no canceling the course.

I have all evidence regrads skill lync.

Skill lync Team said false statements about course and didn’t give me time to think and even i said- at present i dont have money I’ll enrol after 2 days. Then also he didn’t leave me and he asked me to pay the amount atleast 5000 .
After payment he offered that join another students and get money…through referrals.
They are planning various tactics to join their courses and giving false promises.
I raised several messages(tickets) on skill lync website and mailing stating my problem and thus requested them to cancel my course subscription.

Worst experience at Skill Lync. I enrolled for an online course, They asked me to pay emi of 9091rs/ every month which i paid for 5 months. i HAD A KNEE ORTHOSCOPY and want to cancel my course. They are not allowing me and forcing me to finish the course. It's been a month now and i didn't finish even 2 % of the course. I had to spend 20, 000 rs to 25000 rs on my treatment and my family's treatment every month. I am financially broke and cannot pay EMI OF 9091rs for another two years. i HAVE REGISTERED complaint in consumer court against them. The moment i wanted to cancel my course they stopped replying to my calls(blocked my Number) and are not replying to my emails and whatsapp text messages. I have enough evidence with me. In the name of education they are exploiting innocent people looking for a job. They arrange loan from Eduvanz, a financial institution and these guys threaten you if you dont pay EMI. I have few call recordings with me.

The reply from skill lync is just to cover up on social media. Nikhil operations manager is not picking my calls or replying to my Whatsapp text messages and emails. The sipport team is also not replying to my email from a very long time.

Someone by the name NIKHIL called me on 21/10/2022) after i posted this review and asked me to pay another 20, 000 rs to cancel the loan and when i declined they are not responding again. when i asked him to share his contact info (Email and contact number) his reply was 'for some reasons he cannot share his email also'.

I got call from khadeer skill lync he said me to enroll the course and pay 5000 rupee and if you are not interested you can cancel the course. But after enrolling, then I want to cancel the course they said they can't cancel the course after you enroll it.i want to cancel my course and loan . Please solve my issue

All they promises are fake. they have filled my wrong information by themselves and applied for loan on my behalf.
they have committed a crime of misusing my information to acquire the loan.

I’ve joined the course of Skill-lync a month ago. But I’m not willing to continue the course. I’m making this request as I’m financially not stable right now.I’ve already requested authorities to cancel my course, but no action has been taken yet.
Unfortunately, I was forced to pay the EMI, as I can’t ruin my civil. But I’ve not joined the course. I request you to take immediate action and refund my EMI, as i’ve not joined the course since by then.

Actually I booked my slot on 11 may and after my booking is done the next day they again called me for booking i was like i have done it yesterday it won't end here they again called me the next day for booking and from then till now after my booking is done they haven't reached me for the further information so now i want my amount back and cancel my course

They told me only you pay 3 month then skill lync give you paid I internship.
And then you got 100 % garente job.

the loan providing company named Eduvanz for cancelling my loan disbursement. They told me to wait till the issue get resolve

Immediately, I raised a ticket on skill lync website stating my problem and thus requested them to cancel my course subscription. After ignoring my issue for several days, they called me and when i told about my problem, the support person tried to convince me by saying job guarantees.

I told them in July to cancel the course, why didn't they do it?.

I repeatedly told them to cancel course, I am getting panic calls, why didn't you do it?

No matter how many times I mailed them. ( skill lync) entire team but no response and no canceling the course what is going on?

Skill lync was not even asked and was not explained first while taking the loan in my name.

Without my knowledge, they took loans behind my back in my name.

Eduzvan team told me " our agent come to your home and any how condition they take money from you " and court notice also send in your home .

They give me this type panic threaten.

Myself gaurang govind chavan has paid 5000 to skill lync for a PG course but there is third party loan which I don't want but i have submitted all the documents such as pan card, aadhar card, Front page of passbook, my photo and my signature on blank paper.
