I received marketing calls from skill lync non stop once I gave my details on a linkedIn advertisement. Finally they convinced me to take a course on Full stack web development. The customer executive says that you cant cancel the course, the only way possible is paying the remaining EMI's .br...

On 12/10/2022, i was getting a call from skill lync for refund of money. they said to sign a undertaking form and mentioned that they will pay my Refund amount between 15th October 2022 to 21st October 2022’. but they did not pay my refund so far. i have sent a mail but they did not response.

It's been two years am on this platform and till now they didn't provided any single opportunity and even though I had completed the career phase . Simply Time passing with students life in the name of 100% placement. Now am jobless and mentally harassing by Eduvanz people.

I have taken course from Skill-lync institute an cost of 1, 92, 000 and as per promises they didn't provided any placement till now it's been two years am jobless by simply trusting the Skill-lync. Now i became jobless and having long career gap no where else am getting opportunities and harrassing by the Eduvan finance.

My self Mariappan skill lync sales men approached me in course details told me, skill Lync have told initially the course fees is 150000with student scholarship as I am a BE student, I have agreed with the course fees, but I don’t know initially that they are taking loan on my name through Eduvanz. They told the process for this loan and they completed it and told your course fees will be auto debit every months of 5th of amount rs 6819for 22 months. Application process completed and I started to study the course, with 3 months only four videos I have seen and studied due to time was sufficient because I was working in an company, but I tried to study and continue, suddenly money shortage I can’t able to pay the EMI. I have paid for two months and next month I can’t pay due to money shortage. Money was one problem and no time to continue. Then I have made a decision to cancel the course with skill Lync. I asked for course cancellation they told that there is no policy for course cancellation. You need to pay all 22 months EMI because we have taken loan with Eduvanz. This is how they are cheating many students please as soon as possible solve this issue and cancel my course. I have tried several times with them but they are saying the same thing. I have got call from skill lync, March 2022, they are e - learning platform. I have talked to him, he explain course details and fees also, and i don't want course to tell him, against he has called me and course fees very less and it's going on offering, and there are many promises to me, That's course totally 6 month, We have to study 3 month only and next 3 months we will get Stipend, once we are many choices, once we have finished 3 month after we will get job or we need only have to take internship
And incase they not provided job within 6 month, They said refund money, that's why i have joined, but i have finished courses and internship also but they not provided job and Stipend amount, i have payed 7 months emi so far, stil i haven't got any work, I have asked with them, they told only waiting for job job...
2022 they had terms and conditions. once they not provided job refunded money, but now also changed terms and conditions, they changed many times, there are many students depression and affect with skill lync, Now i want refund and stipent amount, they are cheating with me and not me only there are many students cheating, Iam a middle class family, they target only poor family members they cheated, pls cancel my loan and refund and stipent amount.This course totally 6 month course but now 1 year completed.Yout can search with google there are many student complaint against skill lync, youtupe and linkedin many social platform, please check them please, and shut down in that company.They are playing student Life.There are many student and lot of proff, if you get time i will share you.

I am writing to file a formal complaint against Skill Lync regarding their false promises and prepaid loan EMI trap. I believe I have been deceived by Skill Lync's marketing claims and their failure to deliver the services they assured.

I enrolled in Skill Lync's courses with the expectation of gaining valuable skills and securing job opportunities, as they had claimed to have partnered with numerous industries. However, upon completion of the CSET exam, which I successfully cleared on 05/05/2023, I have not received any job leads or opportunities as promised.

Furthermore, I am deeply concerned about the prepaid loan EMI plan associated with my account. Due to unforeseen financial difficulties, I am unable to continue paying the EMIs for the courses. Despite reaching out to Skill Lync's support team through email twice, I have received only computer-generated replies, stating technical issues on their end and promising a response that never materialized. This lack of response indicates a disregard for customer concerns and further compounds my dissatisfaction.

In light of the above circumstances, I seek the following resolutions:

1. Refund: I request a refund for the remaining unattended courses as mentioned in my previous emails to Skill Lync's support team.

2. EMI Cancellation: I demand the immediate cancellation of the EMI plan associated with my account, as I am no longer able to meet the financial obligations.

I sincerely hope that you will assist in addressing this matter promptly and ensure a fair resolution. I am disheartened by Skill Lync's false promises and their lack of response to my concerns.

I have attached copies of my previous emails sent to Skill Lync's support team as evidence of my attempts to seek a resolution directly with them.

I kindly request your intervention to help me obtain the refund for the unattended courses and the cancellation of the EMI plan. Your support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
