[Resolved] Skoda India — After sales service in extended warranty is not good. | |||
Sir i purchaged scoda rapid on[protected] from mahavir motors, visakhapatnam, which is 200kms away from my native place kakinada city. My car reg. No.. Apo5dg3737. My car had lsat 3rd service in april2016. Now it has travelled 30444kms. Today morning the car was not starting, i informed helpline people, they sent a technician and he informed that the original battery has to be replaced, as it is not get charging with jump charging. The mahavir show room peple of viskhapatnam asked me to send the car to their show room which is 200kms away from my place, here are 2 problems, 1}you should have a service centre in each district2}i was surprised about the battery problem so far i have never expected just for 30444kms usage for a scoda car, its growing loss of trust on this brand.
