Skoda India — After Service issues | |||
On 14th March, I got the call for the 4th due service and ofcourse this paid service. I have requested Virraj Skode shivaji Nagar to pick the vehicle and followed accordingly. they have send driver on Chargeable basis. i got call from Service advisor ( obviously they should be expert in their work this is our expectation) and I have explained the issues in my vehicle MH12 GK 9319. They kept my vehicle for 2 days and Went to take vehicle that time as usual vehicle was not washed properly inside and outside. They arranged to clean the vehicle and almost it was 7.30 pm and being paid service they have to make money so they have charged me total approx Rs 14000. After that just in few days I have again started facing same issues in my vehicle. So Obvioulsy I have to call that service advisor. I told that same propblem in my vehicle, therefore driver came to take my vehicle. They do not feel responsible even to call after receipt of vehicle at their end. We are customer and Viiraj Skode have created monopoly so I have called and asked about the vehicle. Again they have taken two days to rectify the problems. Again I came by evening to take the vehicle again at eleventh moment they washed my vehicle. After driving car ( Fabia) for few days. I have to called the service advisor once again for same problem but unfortunately that advisor was on leave and my query was not addressed properly.They forced me to put complaint on the Skoda portal. After that I have reced call from few peoples of Viiraj Skoda and again I have explained the same problem. They have arranged driver to pick vehicle from my office. After half day, I have called Viiraj Skoda that who is responsible for my vehicle as I have recd call from Mr. Vithal/ Kothari etc. After some time i recd call that I'm Mr. Swaroop from Viiraj Skoda ... technical incharge and personally I look in vehicle about all problems. Next day I have recd call that all problems has been fixed properly so you can come and check the vehicle. ( surprise for me) they have given proper teatment( though it was for some time). Mr, Swaroop have explained me the issues and how he rectified it that also he have explained me .He also told me that if any issues in vehicle after this, call me directly. I was really overwhelmed. We have taken trial and then I have taken my vehicle with good smile on my face. Unfortunately again after few days, i have to call Mr. Swaroop that same problems continued and additional vehicle get raised in 2nd gear and vehicle moves in first gear like some body pushing it etc. He picked my vehicle ( I have Intentionally removed in between lines). After that I have recd call from Mr. Swaroop and literally i was shocked, he told you have to replaced clutch plates, you have to replaced compressor. Pathetic communication from Viiraj skoda( Mr. Swaroop) after sending vehicle for 5th times from the date of paid servicing, in the interval of approx one month. Now the questions are, in between lines, why ?????? it was not noticed during 5 times vehicle placed for same problems. I have doubt that they might have played with my vehicle, compressor, gear box. And based on passed information ( with europa), they will not be afraid of removing parts from the vehicle.
