Booked Skoda Rapid elegance plus 1.5 diesel on 4 October with Senator Motors, Goregaon West. On request of dealer, paid entire 13L on OCT 27, 2015. Delivery was expected by Nov 4. No car received. Finally cancelled booking on 13 nov 2015 as dealer said showroom is closing ... Continuous follow-up. False promises from dealership to return money. Now even after almost 15 days, no money received.
