Skoda India — complaint about service & assistance

I have bought a skoda rapid from manikandan skoda on 9th february 2018. Today morning, for an urgent hospital case; when i tried to start my car, it didnt start. So i tried to check with manikandan service. I tried calling 4-5 times, but no one attended my call. Later, i could understand that, the service centre at kochi closed and nearby service station is thrissur. Hence i called thrissur pinnacle skoda and detailed them about the complaint, and i could understand that my battery is died. So i checked with them about 4 years warrenty; they replied that battery warrenty is only for 1 year. It is very difficult to travel from vaikom to thrissur for checking the complaints.

As a good customer of skoda, we are not at all satisfied with the assistance and supports.
