[Resolved] Skoda India — disgusting after sales service. | |||||
I have bought new skoda rapid during january 2017 with extended warranty for 2+2 years. Which is valid until january 2020. Recently i had a complaint of some noise from front and had sent my vehicle to skoda autobahn service centre, in goragoan west, mumbai on 1st september 2017, car was inspected and was returned on the same day as the part called fly wheel was not in stock, was advised once its made available from factory will call me for replacing the same, till yesterday the part has not arrived and after insisting for proper & correct information of arranging for parts i have been given a written e-mail that the part is now expected on 27th september 2017 again not guaranteed. I am surprised the company like skoda as vw group are not capable to handle such a small complaint within the time frame. Also worried if some major parts are to be replaced under warranty period how are they going to honour their commitment to quality sales services. Was this information helpful? | |||||
