Skoda India — egr valve replacement pending for more than a week.

Skoda Rapid MH05 GE 1734 is in Bhandup service station wher EGR needs to be replaced. Vehicle was taken to service station on 6/7/19 and today its 12/7/19.. Such an important part is not available for more than 6 days now. It was assured to be delivered by thursday but again when called up the service engineer he said that the part is not available. This is a shocker thant in a city like Mumbai Skoda do not have a spare parts. Please look into it as soon as you can. Keeping vehicle for more than a week is not acceptable.
