[Resolved] Skoda India — miss behaviour of skoda showroom thrissur | |||
I (Rishikesh pk) have booked a skida rapid on march and i had cancelled my booking on very next month because of my personal problems and i had submitted the orginal booking form and the rest of the documents which all are needed for my cabcellation and still they dint give my booking refund. I had gone to pinaccle skoda showroom a lot and lot of time and i called the person "krishnakumar" for my cancellation and he infromed it will be credited to my account in 2 days before and till now it was not credited. When i got angry and called him today he talked like a barking dog scolding with badwords through my mobile and shouted to me like hell. I have each every single talking with him. I will file a case against him with my evidence and i will go through it till the end. The service which pinaccle skoda is giving is utterly ridiculous. This not how you treat a customer.
