[Resolved] Skoda India — no service center in kolkata for skoda vehicles

Since early august 2017, there are no service centres in kolkata for skoda vehicles. My skoda yeti is overdue for service and i just cannot get it serviced because there is no service centre. Moreover, there is also no way i can get any genuine spare parts in kolkata. This is a breach of service and skoda is accountable for not ensuring presence of a service centre at kolkata, especially after having sold their vehicles. There are other owners also who have been left in a similar plight. My vehicle is getting degraded due to this lack of service and i cannot do anything about this because skoda has not opened a service centre. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

I called up their customer care and they directed me to a certain Sonali (9051099975) and Vikram (9051059997). On calling them they refused to take my vehicle because they do not have spare parts. In the meantime my vehicle continues to get degraded due to lack of service since Aug 2017. My vehicle regs no is WB06G5164 registered in my name (Cdr Abhijit Ghatak). My cell number is 9830024605. Skoda India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Whenever I call them, they say they are unable to service the vehicle because they do not have spare parts; and this is going on since August 2017. I simply do not understand what is going on. You may please be advised that during purchase you had promised to provide seamless and regular service and the same has not happened since Aug 2017, causing 'unknown' damages to my vehicle.
