I want to bring upto your knowledge my first ever experience with Skoda India. As claimed by you the trusted brand in India but for me it is the most untrustworthy experience. On 1st of February 2022, I took test drive of skoda kushaq from dehradun dealer, and I booked the car on the assurance that car will be delivered to me on 14th of February 2022. The DDPM skoda assured me of delivery and took rs 25000 cheque for booking, on the condition that if car is not delivered or even i[censored] don't wanna purchase the car, your amount will be completely refundable. The dealer kept me saying till 12th feb that i will surely get the car by 14th Feb. But entire promise was fake. They were knowing the exact position but they fooled me upto Feb 12. Finally on 15th February I claimed for my refund, but they kept me waiting till 9th March 2022 giving me number of reasons. And on 9th March, they issue me a cheque of Rs 22000 only against the mutual agreement between us. This is extremely unprofessional, untrustworthy and a kind of mental harassment for getting our hard earned money back. I can easily post this on social media but I want a solution here. They kept me waiting for a cheque from 15th Feb to 9th March and then they are returning only Rs 22000. Now I want a complete refund of Rs 25000 together with the compensation of Rs 25000 only for the mental agony caused due to the delay in return and false commitment of staff.
And even after escalating the issue to the SkodaIndia, the staff is least considered regarding the issue. After this the CRM called me once and took 2 days time to resolve, but after that they are not even responding the call from my number.
Its around 7 days from the day I escalated the issue.
I request you to look into this matter seriously and give me the solution.
