Skoda India — Onyx kit not received since a month | |||
I had taken delivery of a Rapid Onyx model on 20th Nov'20. At that time, exclusive Onyx kit which includes seat covers and other accessories, offered on that model was not available with dealer and they confirmed that it should be available within next 10 days. Its already been a month but they have not received kit and unable to provide any expected time for arrival as well. I have contacted Skoda support as well through multiple forums as well but not getting any response. Kindly assist on this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
