Skoda India — Refund of advance paid to dealer Mahaveer auto

I paid advance Rs25000 for Kushaq on 25th june21. After test drive I requested for refund on 1st July on wats app. There after regularly following for refund. Some or other excuse but even after 30 days I have not received refund
