Your dealer at pratap nagari bhubaneswar i. E. Trinity skoda hold my money since 3 months. I have requested many times to return my money. I had gone to the company on july 2019 to purchase a new skoda rapid style model. Your dealer try to sell 2018 model with discount. But after depositing rd.9, 49, 000/- they offered the same discount available in new vehicle. Hence i did not want to take the vehicle. Vehicle neither been registered in my name nor been delivered to me. Hence i want my money back. Dealer didn't respond. I have already filed a consumer case against the company.
