[Resolved]  Skoda India — Regarding service centre

I have superb car mp 14 cb 1789. My car engine experienced some problem. I shown my car to satguru skoda service centre in indore. I have been given estimation of 1.25 lacs around and time of 20 days. After two days the car was in same position with engine uninsulated from car just. Then after 35 days them guys gave me another estimation of 2 lack rupees. Then i agreed to it even. Then gave my car after two months and the engine was still missing. I paid two lacs fifty two thousand and got my car which is far more than estimate. About engine missing, they told me that we need to replace one more part worth 30000 which will be here in a week. I was very depressed that after paying so much of money and time, i am taking car home which is not able to go above speed of 80 because the engine is missing. The part arrived after two weeks, i gave my car again to them people and they promised me to deliver it the same day. But i didn't got any reply that day.. No one was responsible or answering. Then another day i got to know the wrong part has come and it's again will take one or two weeks. I felt so helpless and frustrated all this times. I have sended so much of mails on costumer complaint i'd, but i didn't got any satisfied reply or action. Then after all this when i burst out a bit on service centre people, them guys were like that we are not gonna repair your car, we have informed this thing to skoda india even. Coz your approach way is wrong rather than understanding that's it's their behaviour which made me approach them wrong way.
