Skoda India — skoda fabia engine noise high

I had given my car three four times regarding engine noise level, they first use to say its normal, i showed compared with other car, still they didn't except, but now again i went they told we will try and check replacing fan, but for last one month they are say fan is no available, is this the service you people give, i used to like my car, as it didn't give me any problem. But for last one and half year, i am having this problem and your people are not able to solve,
