[Resolved] Skoda India — Skoda rapid car, KL02AW 3388 | |||||
I have entrusted my skoda rapid car for due repair after a minor accident to your ernakulam service centre m/s manikantan skoda, elamakkara on 2nd may 2017. The complaint assessed by the insurance company was to replace front and back bumpers and the boot lid. Unfortunately the boot lid is not available with the dealer"s service point and they ordered with their principals. On tracing the parcel the service dealer told me that it has consigned from bangalore and passed calicut on 23rd may. But it was not reached at ernakulam till date. Kindly enquire in to the matter and inform me the present position. I wonder the inordinate delay caused in this deal. I have another two cars of yet another brand. They are keeping their words in repairs and maintenance. Your company is unfair to me and i have to rethink to purchase another skoda for my brother. Kindly up date me when the boot lid will reach me and when the car will be able to get back after painting and all. Was this information helpful? | |||||
