Dear mr sanjay shukla (Area manager at skoda)
I have been following up the progress on my skoda rapid car with above mentioned registration no. Since three weeks.
All my efforts have become futile and hence i am forced write this mail.
Also, i tried calling you on the mobile no: as provided by your service agency at patna.
My car is at the service station of skoda at patna since sept 23 sept 2018.
This car is having the status of official car maintained employee ""
1) hence since last one month i am not getting my perks for the car.
2) also i am finding it very difficult to manage my day-to-day affairs without a car.
It is my request to expedite the car repair on priority
Else, provide a spare car today itself as i cannot wait any longer without a car.
I never expected such a poor response and much delay from a reputed organisation like skoda,
