Skoda India — skoda rapid repair issue | |||
I bought a Skoda Rapid in March 2015 with the registration number HR 01 AL 3130. It was running smoothly until 4th August 2018 when the car broke down on the road I sent it to the service centre in Ambala Cantt there they look into the problem and asked 2 lacs Rupees as the repair cost later it was negotiated to 5500 rupees but they kept the car for 21 days and gave it to us on 25th of August 2018. I was still facing problem in the car and after 10 days I took it back to the service centre they did Inspection without issuing a job card and told that it will get fine with the course of time as it will get used. Then on 11th of September 2018 again it broke down in the middle of the road and since then till today that is 15th of September 2018 it's still in the service centre and this time they are asking us to pay amount of 60000 for it's repair. So what we want is for you to look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible as it is not practical to stay without a car for so many days. The maintenance cost being asked is also too high so we also request you to please make sure that the service is done at the company cost in a appropriate span of time and properly. As a car was kept for so many days in your service centre and we were left with no vehicle to travel so I would like to ask for a compensation for those days. Was this information helpful? | |||
