Skoda India — skoda superb gear not shifting

To whosoever it may concern
This is with reference to my skoda superb bearing registration number dl 1c m 2152.
The said car has been sent to your dealerships in moti nagar i. E. Farenhite / aryaveer motors on various occasions starting from 2013, unfortunately for the same issue repeatedly. Below is the detailed narration of all the episodes :
The issue started with the mechatronics failure in 2013 which was changed under warranty by your dealership. Post this the car was principally running fine and was being timely serviced by farenhite auto on regular / scheduled intervals. Records for the same must be available in your database. Unfortunately again in sept 2017, the same problem with the mechatronics cropped up and the dsg box refused to function resulting the car to be nothing more than a piece of junk. Now again the car was bought to your dealership aryaveer motors - moti nagar. After many hassles / follow ups / requests / heated arguments with the dealership and yourselves, we fortunately this time again got the issue resolved under warranty.
However, as if the misery of going through mecatronic failure wasn't enough, we were given the delivery of the vehicle with a faulty ac, dents on the car & a broken glass holder. Simply can't understand how this could happen in a car that has been parked at the dealership without a gearbox!!! However time and again, we fought with the dealership, by now we had enough experience of the doing the same, unfortunately post many arguments / fights we only managed to get ac functioning properly, took delivery and assumed to drive the car happily after.
Now again post driving the car for only 90 kms in 2 months of the above episode, the car again has become a piece of junk with the dsg gearbox not responding and this time with an additional light of esp blinking!! Post evaluating the same at your dealership aryaveer motors, they have this time come up with a new technical term for mecatronics failure and named it "gateway issue".
I am sure the above mail has explained the entire scenario and by now you must have gauged our level of misery / inconvenience we have faced because of this car / dealership. I request you to kindly look into this matter and let us know how to take the same ahead. I surely wouldn't bare any cost pertaining to the gear box / esp / mecatronics / gateway etc... This part has been faulty since the beginning itself and surely the dealer has been careless / negligent in repairing it in sept 2017, hence this new problem has cropped up with the gearbox.
After this all many hassles replaces my mechatronics in dec 2017 under warranty from company. The car was hand over to me
After three - four months form dealerships mr tarun services manager call us forced for good comments and tell us can i resolved this complaint i also told him that car still have problem same time at time of starting gear is not working he ignores me and told for good comment for dealership.
Now in june 2018 car only run 280km the same problem of gears are working in car i send it dealership
Aaryaver skoda in motinagr now after inspection of vehicle the service advisor mr. Tarun said your car have same work of 1, 98, 000/- plus labour charges please approve this estimate and your car will run properly. Now way i have to pay for same problem now dealership is telling yours cars gateways issues and some other module issues so that now please help us soon.
After that nonsense the gm of aryaver skoda india is saying we re - inspect your vehicle know your car radio (Music system) is not working and air bag module also faulty know new estimate has been given to me is aprox 3 lakh (Rs.300, 000/-)
Please help us.
I could have written my misery to haymarket / team bhp / automotive india and let the world know what we have been going through, but i have full faith and trust in skoda india, hence writing to you first to evaluate and help resolve our misery.
