[Resolved] Skoda India — Unprofessional service and unnecessary charges at skoda service center | |||
Dear sir I have skoda yeti at my home but instead feeling good about it i now feel that your service is not upto the mark. I have given my vehicle for service some noise was coming from shock up on further checking engineer told me shockup mounting which cost 2300 for pair need to be changed but they could not open a nut which connects the shockup and mount so they said only way is to cut the skockup and put a new shockup costing 11000. Just if they cant open one nut why should a customer bare 11000 when they said shockup is alright. Very unhappy with the response and wanted to buy superb but now no more skoda unless you improve after sales services. And how do a customer know if the parts and oil are genuinely changed. My car performance has decreased a lot and i dont think they change the filters properly. They have replace some parts of rear suspension which cost 2 to 3000 and asking labout 2200 rs . How to digest this part that spare parts and labour is same rate.
