[Resolved] Skoda India — unprofessionalism | |||
I have booked a skoda superb car (L and k variant) on 22/9/17 and paid inr 5 lakhs as boking amount. I was assured (At least 4 times) that the color, make and model is available with them as the car is standing in their yard. They promised me for the physical verification at their showroom on next day. They have issued the performa invoice and booking conformation letter immediately. On third day when my banker was about to do rtgs, i have again inquired about the car. Now they say the car is not available as per bookings. No reasons were given but they returned the check. I had word with skoda relationship center and complained about it. The promised for a call back and necessary action. Now nothing has happened since then. The dealer (Jai auto, delhi ncr) i came to know is notorious for this behavior. There modus operandi is to somehow allure the customer and when he is about to/ paid the sum, then talk of other model/ variant. I don’t know that such unethical behavior is a norm in skoda company.
