Skoda India — Yeti

Dear Sir,
I am writing on behalf of my husband Ravindra Gavandi who bought Skoda yeti in 2011.This was supposed to be our dream car which from the repair and maintenance point of view turned out to be a total disaster.To begin with certain parts were changed by skoda as the vehicle had some inherent problems. After regular servicing also the car broke down on the road a couple of times.
Without too much running almost once in two years there were major issues leading to major expenses.
The whole purpose of buying an expensive, high end vehicle from reputed company like yours was totally lost due to the vehicles unpredictable behavior & frequent repairs.
Also while taking it out of town ( which is why we preferred this vehicle over others ) we are always under mental pressure of probable break down.
we request you look into the matter immediately and get back to us with a solution.
