Actually I ordered ear buds in skull candy website..
Later due to some personal issues I tried to cancel the order at that time only.
But there is no cancel option at all so I mailed to them at that time only to cancel the order .
I got reply next day that before dispatched the product only able to cancel. But I didn't get any mail regarding dispatching of product..So I called the customer care several times but they didn't answer to my call
After several hours I got a mail that the order started dispatched ... It was totally a bad things from the company later... After some days when I check the order status it was shown as canceled..! But I didn't even get inform from them.. And also I DIDNT RECEIVE MY REFUND AMOUNT ...
