As instructed by Brandeye Customer service i have sent my headset for warranty claim through courier on 28-Feb-2019, till now they are not notifying me anything about my product status. no replies of mails on querying and whenever u call its just one answer always that our customer executives our busy please try again. Its a waste buying their product.
