Dear team
I had placed a order with order number #25643368 for a skullcandy dime 2 ear phones. I had received the order today at 3 in the noon. When I had unpacked seeing the unboxing video, the left ear phones led didn't work and while removing the sticker and charging while the right bud led worked fine the left bud didnt work at all.
I tried the rebooting option in the website still no change. Hence I would like to return the ear phones and get a brand new one instead of it. The product is faulty and and I would like to exchange it. As mentioned in the customer support I have mailed within 24hrs of receipt of the product.
Kindly do the needful ASAP and the mail is being drafted from registered Email id
