Dear Sir/Madam,
I had replaced Skull candy Ink'd Bluetooth Headset with Mic Headphones FSN: ACCEKP6RFGKPPASH
HSN/SAC:[protected] Warranty: 2 Years dated on 30-Dec-2020. I am surprised to see that with in 4 months very short period my headphone not working.I am extremely disappointed with the performance of Skull candy product.
I had noticed that there was no sound coming from the Left side.
I have figured it is a problem with the wire leading into the headset. I think its not touching or conducting, or whatever the word is, on the inside because when i wiggle the wire around, and push it up more i can sometimes hear sound from the Left side.
My humble request to you kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and replace my headphone on top priority. I don't expect from Skull candy such type of poor performance of product and their services.
