Skullcandy — Defective Skullcandy headphone. Bluetooth not working

Bought Skullcandy Crusher Evo on August 3 2021, at the time it was working fine & i loved the product. Problem started in October as the bluetooth functionality of the headphone stopped working (i.e. : it wont connect to any smartphone or pc/laptop). After that i tried contacting Skullcandy help center through email & calls. But its been 5 months straight that i havent got any replies from them. Their email id : [protected]@brandeyes.in contact number provided on their site: [protected]. I keep contacting them every 2-3 days sent them at least 10-12 emails. What kind of support team have they hired. Its same as a fraud company. After they spend lakhs on advertising and even their products aren't cheap. I bought the Crusher Evo for ₹11, 999 Order: #387328. I just wanted a good headphone but I got headache instead. Please 🙏🏻 help me claim my warranty. Also this was my first time purchasing from Skullcandy and it is also the last. Thankyou.

Updated by Danny S Still no response from Skullcandy. Seems they dont care about their customers once they've sold the product. Case must be filed against them.
