I ordered Skullcandy Mini and Mighty Dime 2 Ear buds. It was delivered on 03/12/2022. When I opened the delivery package the product outer box was completely tapered and the product inside was completely missing. I got only charger and extra ear buds
Outer package is fine but the inside product is completely missing. I captured the videos from the moment I realised product is missing.
I have shared the same with the customer care. They denied that those are not complete vedios.
I requested then to provide the packaging vedios for resolving the issue. They are not accepting even for that. They simply throwing all the faults on to the customer after taking the money from us.
They are cheating on the customer by delivering empty and damaged products. They are not supporting us in anyway and mentally harassing with their unresponsive behaviour. Was this information helpful? |
