Skullcandy — Didn't get my product back after sending in for warranty | |
Hi, I purchased Indy from www.skullcandy.in on 8th June 2020, and I received a faulty one. I immediately returned it for a warranty claim and they received it on 19th June and since then neither they are responding to my emails and not picking up the calls and now it's been more than a month since I have returned it. I am not sure if I am going to get my product back. My ticket id which they raised on 19th is 333697. Please look into this. Was this information helpful? | |
