Skullcandy — I am complaining about replacement | |||
Hi, i am ganesh, i have received cheap lower priced product in replacement. I have purchased skullcandy method wireless bluetooth earphone for 3000 rs. Which was stopped working within few months, i sent skullcandy service center for replacement, after one month they said product is out of stock and they don't know when it will be back in stock, they told me to take another completely different cheap lower priced product as replacement, i waited for another month. After 3 months too same story they said. And they made me to take lower priced of rs. 1400. I requested them to send atleast black colour. And they sent me blue without my consent.
