Skullcandy — I'm complaining about the unresponsive customer care

I still an issue with my earphone... I reached email support many times and created three tickets, they asked for POP and no proper response and even tried calling them... On first call after 4-5 mins they disconnected my call and I try 2nd time and they never picked it up

Updated by CliffordJ #510061 this will be my order number and it's not even 6months old, one side is not working. I want mine to be replaced
