Hi there, I don't know the escalation matrix of skullcandy. Not even found on the site easily hence writing to [protected]@skullcandy.com I have been taking followup from brandeyes support for a long time for my headsets over the mail, and today i called skullcandy brandeye support to know the status of bluetooth headphones, the customer guy started explaining me the process but seems, to update the status of the product to the customer isn't mentioned in the internal process. When i literally pushed him to answer my questions, he was faint and convinced me to again wait till 29th october 2019 to get the product dispatched. I'm really disappointed with the brand skullcandy and highly annoyed. I wouldn't suggest anyone buy the skullcandy products as the product itself is the garbage (Never worked as expected!) and don't want to talk about the after-sales service. It's worst!!
