Hi this is akanksha singh my order id is 31999409 which was placed on 09/11/22 and I received it on 12/11/22 2:30 pm and I would want to inform you that I received the wrong product and I would want to return the product and initiate the refund process.
I had ordered dime 2 true wireless earbuds but received invoice of dime true wireless earbuds and was delivered the same and I have contacted to customer care for the issue the day from date of order.
Now they refuse to return and refund the product saying nothing had been delivered wrong but actually they invoiced the wrong product from the beginning and now they created a non refunding loop so as to suppress the issue further.
This would be a great favour to me to analyze the problem faced and resolve the issue as soon as possible and ensure that they initiate the return and refund process.
