My son bought head phones and paid E101 for them in October he was told they had been delivered, we have cameras there was no delivery made. He asked for a refund on the 8th of November he was told he would have it in 7 to 10 working days we are still waiting nearly a month later. I have contacted ye every week since as he kept trying and got no where. Your costumer service is crap. Please return his money as promised.
