Skullcandy — non receipt of replacement earphones | |||
I had purchased Skullcandy S2IKW-J509 bluetooth Headset with Mic, the left earpiece stopped working and I wrote to customer care and dispatched the faulty hearphones to thier customer care center and got a response that "Your product will be considered under warranty and is expected to be completed within 14 working days (Depending upon the stock availability) from 15-Oct-18. Please find the ticket created against product submission is 158903. Its been more than 3 weeks and no response from even after repeated emails. The worst part is their customer care executives are always busy. Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased earphones 5 month ago …now that is not working….we dont expect this tell me how can i claim and where to go for repairing or exchange
