Skullcandy — One side earbud not working since order received

I have raised complaint since i got the order as one side earbud is not working but your customer care team not understanding my concern and asking me to send product on one address for check.

I dont understand why Skullcandy not arrange someone to check product on my address.

In India Brandeyes taking care of Skullcandy product and service, they dont have any escalation matrix to do complaint.

I want support.
