Skullcandy — Order placed and money was debited, but still in processing

Ordered Skull candy Indy ANC worth INR 9999 (its a huge money) on Saturday July 09 2022, payment was successful, order confirmed and i got the order id too but i can't tract it. I gone through the privacy policy, it shows that it will shipping and its status will be updated on working day within 24 hours. Till now the status of the order is processing. And tried to contact the customer care, they didn't answer the call even I mailed them but no response. This is the first time I ordered the product on their official website, IDK why the such a big company holds cheap customer care and services. This will ruin their name, so anyway

i want to know where is my order, when I will get the product, i know their policies but it is not promising comparing with no response customer care. is my money safe?
