The volume on one side of the headphones drastically reduced after 9 months. I sent it in for a replacement. I had to follow up pn the status of my claim because there customer service is poor. I received an email from the claims department with a $60 credit to buy another set of headphones. They don't have my headphones in stock, they don't have an eta of when they will be in stock and the models available are priced higher. The selection on there site is horrible and limited. Best buy has the exact pair and there $20 lessthan the credit. I was pretty much told to wait until there prices are cheaper to buy the pair i want and its too late to get the headohones back. There claims process is deplorable bevause they don't notifying you of anything and they don't have many solutions. I will not be purchasing from them again.
