Skullcandy — Pathetic Level of service - Warranty | |||
Skullcandy Ticket No:[protected] I bought their wired earphone Model: Ink'd with Mic (S.S) 1.Your product was of so bad quality that it got damaged within 8 months o[censored]se. 2.They have any outlets in PAN india for replacement of the product. 3.Customer himself/Herself has to courier the product to noida and bare the courier cost. (INR 200 in my case). 4.Even after receiving the faulty product you 14 days ago(Sat, 26th Dec 20), They don't send any acknowledgement of receiving the product proactively. 5.They don't provide any real time update to the customer about the status of replacement and the customer has to chase them through mails. 6.Even after chasing they reply to the customer that particular model is out of stock and warranty is on hold and offer another product (which is in stock) and ask the customer to reply asap in promising it will expedite the delivery. 7. And now after customer replies they will tell you that "it will be processed within 7-10 working days (depending upon the stock availability again)." . Pathetic level of service.
