Skullcandy — Procrastinating replacement of product under warranty | |||
This is to inform you that I am very disappointed with Skullcandy's service. My ink'd wireless earphone is under warranty period, I had already sent the damaged product at your service center on 18th August 2021. Today almost a month has passed & I haven't got the replacement. Also everytime when I call to know the status of my Ticket no-[protected], the customer care executive give excuse that the product is out of stock. I have called 3 times after my damaged product was delivered at your service center & every time I got same excuse from 3 different persons (Pushkar, Nitin, Ram) . I feel all of them are trying to procrastinate so that warranty period is over & after that I will not be able to claim a replacement. This is very bad on your part. I will make sure not to buy any of the Skullcandy product in future neither let my colleagues buy the same. I had much better expectations with Skullcandy but all of them has ruined because of the bad services provided to me during the warranty period of the product.
